Since its foundation in 1999, YogaBuds has provided the highest standard of yoga teaching in mainstream primary and special needs schools throughout the UK.
Our approach to teaching yoga as an integrated part of the school day has helped contribute to massive improvements to the concentration, flexibility, fitness, behaviour and overall self-esteem of thousands of pupils.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback from teachers, parents and children testifies to the hugely beneficial effects of Yoga.
Yoga is making a real difference to thousands of children with ASD, ADHD and EBP in an increasing number of schools. The effects upon pupils with these diverse needs have been remarkable; children show marked improvements in communication skills, greater calm in difficult situations and perfect techniques to develop their ability to relax.
